When the government implements the States General of childhood, the reasons to be worried about what might be called a non-child policy are not lacking. 1. to draw up an inventory of the situation of children in all areas of their lives, especially in respect of their rights (family, education, health, leisure and culture, childhood home, welfare, justice, etc.. )
2. analyze this situation in terms of public policies and arrangements in place for children ;
3. to state, sector by sector, the responses of professionals, families, children themselves can legitimately offer. This event will
