Although my father, an engineer at a steel plant, was involved in the arms effort of France and has always been respectful of the law, we have in 1942, as Jews, been dismissed French nationality by the Government in Vichy, and thereby put in immediate danger of being arrested and deported. We have life, like many other Jews living in France, and sometimes the dedication to the heroism of those, then we have hidden and assisted in providing us with false papers and we hosting .
You were born after this dark time. You do not know, in the press and radio, the outburst of xenophobic hatred. It's the only excuse I can find that I dare call your irresponsibility, if I was obliged to respect the high office that you embody.
You are not alone, indeed, the majority leader who led a policy chosen by the voters. You occupy a symbolic place that recognizes the law, declaring you above it during your tenure. The highest state authorities have chosen to throw the public prosecution whole classes Population: Travellers and foreigners accused of being troublemakers, French Foreign original

As Stéphane Hessel, one of our sponsors, as many loyal citizens in mind Republican and the ideals of the Resistance, the association "Citizens Resistance of Yesterday and Today" (AHRC) has condemned the ads Serious president and draft laws proposed against immigrants, their children, people Travellers, Roma ...
With such a discriminatory speech, by stigmatizing and Travellers, European citizens that are Roma, trying to make them responsible for insecurity foreigners living in France, Nicolas SARKOZY attacks the foundations same for the Republic.
If such wicked laws are passed, dare we still speak of freedom, equality and fraternity?
Only the National Front since the end of the Second World War, was proposed as a systematic deprivation of nationality, and we must go back to the Vichy regime to find an application of such a measure when PETAIN has fallen foreign Jews of French nationality.
How can we consider convicting parents of young juvenile offenders, so individuals who have committed no crime?
These bills are contrary to the constitution of the 5th Republic of 1958, especially its article 1:
President of the Republic does not seek to address the causes of crime, it raises the specter of security for electoral purposes in trying to make foreign head of all our misfortunes, trying to forget his policy that systematically attacks the base social gains from the Resistance and Liberation.
May 4, 2008, at Plateau Glières, Stephane Hessel, reminded us that the spirit of resistance comes from our ability to be outraged ... and today we have much to be outraged, while resisting against the fascist excesses.
We must mobilize ourselves very strongly against the xenophobia of state. It is a serious challenge to our republican values.
May 16, 2010, still Glières Plateau, the magistrate Serge Portelli, Vice President of the Court of Paris, spoke of the shift from democracy to an authoritarian state.
"We're not really democracy, he said, we are not even in an authoritarian state, we are in a state boundary."
With these bills advertised, we would exceed this limit
... So resist, be vigilant, participate actively in the mobilizations as they prepare for early September.
