How can we consider convicting parents of young juvenile offenders, so individuals who have committed no crime?
These bills are contrary to the constitution of the 5th Republic of 1958, especially its article 1:
"France is an indivisible, secular, democratic and social. It ensures equality before the law for all citizens without distinction of origin, race or religion. "
Every citizen should be punished for the crime or the crime he committed and not because of its origins.
